An oak and brass dining or center table designed by Holabird and Root and produced by Garland Furniture, USA, c. 1934.
The present table was designed for the Administration Building and the Superintendents Residence at the Morton Arboretum in Chicago.
With dramatic patina and wear consistent with age and use. Touch-ups carried out including filing and disguising of small chip to edge. Dry cracks to veneer, scratches.
