Hold Policy/Procedure

You can request to hold on any piece for a 7-day period. Click the “Hold request” button on any piece’s listing to start the process. Upon approval, an email will confirm your reserved item. On the day the hold concludes, an email will be sent to acknowledge the expiration. If additional time is required, kindly respond to the confirmation email before the 7-day window concludes to request an extension. It is important to note that while we strive to accommodate, hold extensions are not guaranteed. For inquiries specifically related to holds, we invite you to contact us at holds@prbcollection.com.

Formal Quotes

A quote ensures guaranteed pricing, but availability beyond your hold period is not assured. A subsequent hold can be requested but is not guaranteed.


An issued invoice represents a confirmed order, indicating the client’s commitment to proceed with the purchase. Upon invoicing, PRB formalizes the reservation of the selected piece(s), making it exclusively available to the client until payment is received.

Return Policy

All sales are final. In the absence of a condition report, all items present with “wear consistent with age and use”. This general description takes into account the age of the work, with older items likely to present with more wear and minor flaws.


Shipping Information:

  • Domestic shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout.
  • Self-arranged shipping options are permitted. Please email info@prbcollection.com prior to check-out to remove the shipping cost.
  • International orders require custom quotes. Please email info@prbcollection.com prior to check-out for an accurate quote.
  • The shipping speed for each item may vary based on factors such as weight, size, and destination.
  • Furniture deliveries average between 3 - 5 weeks and items shipped via parcel will average 1-2 weeks. Lighting will require 6 days handling time to check wiring and change plugs.
  • To ensure the safe delivery of your item, a signature will be required for items shipped via parcel.
  • Transit times provided by the shipping company are estimates and not guaranteed. However, we monitor the status to minimize any delivery delays.
  • All items must be inspected upon delivery, and a signature must be provided upon receipt. Some orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, and each signature will be proof of delivery of all items in good condition.
  • A bill of lading from the shipper must be signed, serving as confirmation that the order has been inspected and approved. If an item is delivered to a receiving warehouse, it must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any damage or missing items must be noted on the shipper’s bill of lading.
  • All damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to info@prbcollection.com.

Taxes and Duties:

  • Sales taxes will be applied to all orders according to local laws.
  • If you believe you are exempt from sales taxes, please contact us at info@prbcollection.com with the necessary documentation for review.
  • For international buyers, please be aware that you are responsible for import duties and taxes imposed by the customs agency in your destination country. We are not liable for customs delays.
